BTA(Biz Travel Management)

요청사항 : I already did 클릭시 멈춤현상

Dear Mrs. Yoo,

1. since two weeks now every time I open BTS I get the message:

Submission of a business travel expense report for BT00001384 is required

If I click “Later”, I can keep working.

If I click “I already did it”, BTS keeps in loading screen for >5minutes (didn’t test it longer).

I then have to restart BTS and click “cancel” in order to keep working.

I have just realized, that my expense is not approved yet. Still, I think this might be something to be fixed J

There should be some Error message instead of just denying service.

1. When I try to login to Egencia I get the Error Message: 

Fehler beim Single Sign-on, weil für die ID Meinecke@hyundai-europe.com kein aktives Egencia-Konto gefunden wurde

Bitte wenden Sie sich zur Unterstützung an Ihren IT-Helpdesk/Travel Manager

It is not very urgent, but could you please try to fix this issue?
